From GA-400: Take Exit 10, Old Cumming Parkway Blue Ridge, and head westbound on Old Cumming Parkway. Continue straight for 3.6 miles onto Rucker Road, then make a left on Charlotte Drive. Continue on Charlotte Drive for .3 miles, then make a left onto Reece Road, which is The Oaks at Charlotte Drive community. Drive on Reece Road through the community until reaching Murdock Lane, then take a right and Charlotte Drive entrance will be in front.

From GA-92/GA-140 (Holcomb Bridge/Roswell)- Travel on GA-140, Holcomb Bridge Road, onto E Crossville Road, GA-92, for .2 of a mile. At the intersection with the Racetrac, make a right onto Mansell Road and drive for half a mile. At the traffic light, make a right onto Houze Road and continue for 2.5 miles. At the intersection of Houze and Rucker Roads, make a right onto Rucker and drive for 1.5 miles until reaching Charlotte Drive. Make a left onto Charlotte Drive and continue for .3 miles. Enter The Oaks at Charlotte Drive Community by making a left onto Reece Road and continue through the community until reaching Murdock Lane.
